Review

Multiple storylines and subplots all connect into one main mystery and the author does a great job of stringing along the reader in each and every one while we collect clues right along with the main characters.

It's not all dark and dreary and mysterious, the kind of wit in these pages is hard to find these days and I enjoyed every bit of it.

A compelling storyline with descriptive writing draws the reader into each scene. I liked how throughout the mystery it had realistic procedures, actions and reactions of the characters.

He’s a champion of rescue pups (Mauzzy is a rescue), craves watching football and basketball, and, of course, loves reading mysteries. Among his favorite authors are Richard Osman, D.P.
